*All cash4key/KeyPickup package sales are final and you only get 40% refund of the money you paid us if you decide to opt-out
*You pay your application fee and any other fee that is requied directly to the property management
*We don't support any illegal use of the CPN after sent to you
*If you are getting a cash4key/KeyPickup pack where we give you all the infomation and document we used for your app then note that we don't give warranties on how long the score will stay on the cpn and that is more reason why you should make use of the pack when you receive it
*You are agreeing to take full responsibility of the profile, we only guarantee 100% approvals for house/apartment as long as we are the one doing the application, the use of the CPN after sent to you is at your own discretion
